Comprising 2 bedrooms, Villa Nozia can accommodate 2 adult couples or 1 couple with children (cot available on demand).
The bedrooms with sea view are separated by a bathroom with Italian shower and a kitchen area with this unique view.
Our guests' favorite space is the terrace, with its 180° view of the sea, where they can enjoy meals or moments of relaxation. A catamaran net and a hammock welcome you for a good rest or for stargazing at the end of the day!
Just a stone's throw from the Botanical Gardens and the town of Deshaies, Villa Nozia is ideally placed for exploring Basse Terre.
A parking space is reserved at the rear of the villa for your convenience.
A villa close to all amenities
Villa Nozia is just 1km from the charming town of Deshaies, with its harbor, beach, restaurants and shops. The "Petit Casino" mini-market is the perfect place to do your daily shopping. A pharmacy and bakery complete the local offer.
In the mornings, at the port, fishermen offer you their fresh fish of the day, a great way to discover the local fishing industry with its many colorful and appetizing species.
On the 3rd Saturday of each month, an attractive market featuring local producers and designers is held in the Deshaies parking lot opposite the port. Take advantage of the stroll to taste freshly squeezed cane juice, fresh accras and bring back a few souvenirs from Guadeloupe!
Various local agencies also offer sea excursions departing from the port of Deshaies: cetacean watching (dolphins, whales, sperm whales), scuba diving, boat trips...
